Summer Program for New Students (Grades 1–6)

An Introduction to the Carden Experience

Students entering grades one through six participate in Summer School, which is an essential and supportive introduction to life at Carden Hall. This program is designed to help new students acclimate to our routines, expectations, and academic approach in a comfortable, engaging environment.

Through small class settings and guided instruction, students gain meaningful exposure to core subject areas, including reading, writing, mathematics, spelling, handwriting, and French. Just as importantly, they begin to develop confidence, build relationships, and feel at home within our school community.

Program Details 

• Required for all new students entering Grades 1–6
• Four-week, half-day program
• Mid-July through mid-August
